Quad Athletics Event
On 6th June Fairfield took part in the annual quad athletics, organised by Cardiff and the Vale Sports Development Team at Jenner Park.
Each school had a team consisting of 8 athletes; 4 boys and 4 girls competing in the following events:
75m Sprint, 600m Run, Vortex Howler Throw, Standing Long Jump.
17 schools took part with the top 3 placed schools being invited to the final at Cardiff Met on the 11th July. Fairfield's athletes completed all events showing excellent athleticism, determination and sportsmanship. Congratulations to Fairfield’s team who made it through to the finals coming 3rd!
