Swinging Sixties !
Pupils in Year 5 and 6 took a trip down memory lane on Tuesday and visited the sixties.
They wore sixties style clothes, played sixties games and some brought in sixties themed snacks - Dr Edwards enjoyed some Ritz crackers. We walked down to the Pavilion and enjoyed a sixties takeaway of fish and chips and enjoyed an ice cream. Even the weather was traditional with a damp start soon replaced with sunshine. The children were complimented on their outfits and behaviour.
