Workshop with Local Author - Cathy Farr
On Monday the 14th October Class Milton visited Penarth Library and enjoyed a workshop with local author Cathy Farr writer of ‘Moon Chase’ and 'Moon Crossing’ the first two parts of The Fell hounds of Thesk story.
On Monday the 14th October Class Milton visited Penarth Library and enjoyed a workshop with local author Cathy Farr writer of ‘Moon Chase’ and 'Moon Crossing’, the first two parts of The Fell Hounds of Thesk story. Cathy accompanied by her Fell Hound, Mojo spoke about her inspirations when writing and gave the pupils some helpful hints when writing their own stories. Cathy also read to the pupils an extract from one of the stories.
On Thursday 24th June Cathy (accompanied again by Mojo!) visited Fairfield Primary where pupils had the opportunity to purchase the books.
